My bridesmaids are wearing a pale pink tea length dress from David’s Bridal with wide straps and I decided to add the Vera Wang grosgrain sash. I like the contrast of the fabric with the dress and the width of the sash, but I am wondering if I should exchange the champagne color for ivory. My mother-in-law doesn’t think the champagne matches with the pale pink and now I’m not so sure either.
Here’s a picture (one picture has flash and the other doesn’t). What do you guys think? Keep the champagne or exchange for ivory?

I would do ivory because the champagne blends in too much with the pale pink. I think it’ll pop and look beautiful

I would switch to ivory too.

I’m sorry, I can’t tell which one is the champagne and which is the ivory. Also, it’s hard to compare these two photos when one is flashed and one is non-flashed. I would go by the non-flash photos, as that is what it will look most like in real life and in pro pics. If it helps, I like the photo on the right the best.

@Alleycat: The pictures are both of the champagne sash, sorry! The only difference is that one has flash and one doesn’t 🙂 I don’t have an ivory sash for comparison but was considering exchanging the champagne one pictured for ivory since I wasn’t sure it matched right.
I showed my florist and she liked the uniqueness of the champagne sash with the pink 🙂 Would love more feedback though!
