The first idea was to do the mismatched bm dresses, but I found it very difficult to find dresses that were the same kind of style to put together.
I ended buying all the same dresses for my 4 bms, but I was thinking about changing the straps just to give it some variations between the bms. So one dress straps as the original, one with just one strap, one strapless, and the other one in a V shape strap.
Whats your opinion?
Leave it as it is, or change it?

For simplicity’s sake, I’d just leave it the way it is. It could be pretty hard to change.

I think it’s a really cool idea, but I would be cautious about it. A lot of dresses with straps aren’t shaped properly to be strapless. A nice strapless dress is supposed to hug the body a little closer, and it often comes with some boning. I’d be afraid that it would easily fall down. As for the one shoulder, I’d be worried that the side without the shoulder would fall down a bit. I think you could talk to a seamstress if you want to attempt it, though!

I say leave them as is, it could be too complicated to change them all and might end up not working out.

Just leave it. There’s a huge risk that the dresses don’t turn out the way you want them to. I don’t think the payoff is worth it

I agree with PPs. It may very likely not work due to the structure of the dresses, and then you will be SOL.

I agree with you. there is not too much work to change another three as pictures showed. Surely, if your 4 bms wear same dresses would be simple for you. I agree with those pics.
