Hello ladies this is my first post…put a deposit on a dress only to change my venue from teh Outerbanks, NC to Maui for our August 2013 weddding! The first dress is the San Patrick I put a small deposit on, it would’ve been perfect for our churc wedding and yacht club reception in NC. After we changed it to Maui, I thought the tight fitting bodice and ruffles might be too much for the beach so I tried on the Pronovias Abaco dress, what do you guys think? Anyone who has a style suggestion, that is inbetween the two of these please let me know, am open to suggestions…

I actually think your dress would be great on the beach. I went to a wedding in Hawaii last summer and the bride wore something very similiar. If you had a ballgown with a cathedral train then I would say no, but I think your gown is perfect!

I think the first one is much more beach appropriate! =o)

I agree you should keep the first dress.

I do like the gathering on the second dress and I think it does look nice for a beach wedding. I’m not super fond of the straps.
