Weddingbee boards

Hi all. This weekend I visited my sister. She just had to place her husband who is only 65 into memory care as he has advancing alzheimers. We have been on the outs for the past 15 years and have only seen each other twice in that time until now.

The visit went well. My sweetie went with me and we had a nice night away in a nice hotel. I don't think I'll ever be best friends with my sister (who happens to be my sibling) but it went as well as could have been suspected.

I am still at my new job (it's been 2 months now) and still wanting to change to my old workplace (funding had dried up for my work there).

I am juggling relationship talks, work, whittling away at debts, hopeful wedding fantasies...and yes he is still wearing the promise ring I got him two weeks ago.

Today I submit my application for a job back at my old workplace. It would be ideal in so many ways. And my new workplace makes me realize the old one is pretty idyllic!
