Thanks, we do have a meeting set up but that is for 2 days before the wedding!
This is the 3rd wedding coordinator the venue has given us-is this normal?

Hi All,
Just found out that the wedding planner/catering manager at our venue has changed to someone new -two weeks before the wedding! Needless to say we are nervous. Have never met this person and she will be orchestrating our whole day. Any suggestions as to what I can do on my end to make sure that things will turn out as planned? This is HUGE and I am worried!!!!!
