Okay so I am in a rush so I have to make this quick, but will come back later to give more details...

Basically my colours were supposed to be a light sage and white.  I told my 2 sisters and my fiance's sister to get light green dresses of their choices.  My sister bought one at David's Bridtal in pistachio.  I found that it clashed WAY TOO MUCH with the ties (refer to attached pic) and was way too difficult for the other girls to match with.  So I decided after much though and anxiety to change the colour of the sisters' dresses.  So my question is, what colour should I go for? Pink? Turquoise? I am thinking that a light yellow might be best.  Suggestions welcome!!! And so that you know, I will have to choose the colour from the David's Bridal page because my sister has 8 weeks in which to exchange her dress there. THANKS

I like the purple or the yellow best. I think purple and green would be a good palette. I was going to say pink but I think their pink is a little to bright.

the purple or maybe yellow choice would mean you could keep the sage.

I was thinking the same thing as the other gals. The first two would go beautifully with that shade of green.

I'm using that green as an accent & our girls are wearing black dresses.  I desperately wanted them to have something they might wear again.

@ Ella1978. I hear you.  I think they could reuse purple or yellow easier than pistacho green!!! I want colour bc it's a summer wedding and makes me feel happier! ;)

Totally, I'd wear any of those dresses again.  My girls happen to be the only three girls I know that DONT EVER wear dresses... so that played into my decision..

I personally am a sucker for turquoise/ aqua - so I would select that.  But green and pink is a very popular combo, and allows you to put some soft pink and green in your boquet.

Well I am 99% sure I'll go with canary.  I like the fact that it'd be nature colours.  All flowers have yellow and green (or nearly all), the green stem and the yellow pollen...I love it!

I think the blue will look best!  But that is based on my personal color preferences.  Actually, I think the yellow will look good too.  I like the idea of lemon and lime (per Anchors).

I love the yellow, but I'm a bit biased as yellow is one of my colours lol. Personally I just love how light and airy it is and it will look great with the green too :) All 4 of those colours are great though so you definitely can't go wrong with them!

    thanks summerlove22!

This is such a hard decision bc everyone has their opinion.  My big sister says ¨no pink please¨and my mother says that yellow is ¨bad luck¨and only people with dark skin look good in it.  I wrote back saying that I am not going to choose a colour based on each person's preference and that it's my wedding and I am going to make the decision.  So I am pretty sure I'll choose yellow, but I am scared to make this decision too bc once my sister exchanges her dress there is no going back.   Regardless I very much prefer this than the light greenm pistachio that my sister had previously chosen!!!

I like the blue and green together, and I also like yellow with the green.

I do like the yellow, it's muted, not crazy bright yellow, that will look better on people's skin.

And I think yellow and green is beautiful.

I like the purple and green and the pink and green. The purple and green gives it a garden feeling and the pink gives it a fun summer splash color. Like watermelon. :)

Well go figure, in the end both of my sisters told me no pink, so yellow it is! I just haven't officially told them. But I will soon!!! Thanks for all your opinions!
