@msmaddox: What a pretty ring you have. What about a rose gold dainty band to pair with your ring?

Depending on your ring, they might be able to switch out the whole head. However, that would require buying a new rose gold peg head with diamonds and unsetting/resetting your center stone into the new head.

@msmaddox:  No idea. I’d shop around and talk to some jewelers.

@msmaddox:  I have a rose gold halo on mine, and now a rose gold wedding band to match.  I cannot tell you how happy I am that I went with both colors.  It is just so lovely.  My Mr. also has a rose and white gold band.  Here are a few pics! There are also more pictures in my posts.  I say go for the rose gold!

I love that your hubby/FI wanted a mixed metal ring to coordinate with yours!!  I have a rose halo with a white gold shank & tried to get FI on board with mixed metal for his, but alas he wants to sick to the white gold.

Here’s my rose/white gold halo

I seriously considered rose gold for mine! I love the look! I decided against it though, as I felt it clashed with my yellow sapphire center. Post pics when it’s done =)

I think they would need to get an entire new head.  Is another option getting the white gold band replaced with a rose gold one?  In addition, maybe getting an extra rose gold band  to go with what you already have?  Thats what I would lean towards unless money is no object.
