Oh my gosh. I would eat all of it. I might bust out of my dress by the end of the night…

I think your previous menu was good but your new menu is amazing!

@lina010:  Holy cow. Can I get an invite?! 😉

My fiance and I are vegans… But we decided not to have a vegan wedding because we felt that was a little inconsiderate so we’re having chicken, pork tenderloin, mac n cheese, green beans, a baked potato bar and a salad bar. I think having different types of food to choose from is awesome.

I love the sound of the three stations! Seems delicious 🙂 I guess it just depends on if you think your guests will eat at the asian/pasta stations. $2 pp extra isn’t too bad, but it will add up!

@lina010:  the stations definitely offer more variety, while the buffet offers a consistent “theme.” Buffets are good because (in my experience at least) people generally move fairly quickly through them (if the setup is right, the staff is attentive, refills are ready, and people are released in waves.) Stations can be a little more dicey. I went to a wedding with stations, and had a considerable wait for food. My FI and I ended up eating, then going to another station, eating, and then going to another one, etc.

That said, the menu itself (both) sound deeeee-licious!
