I know there are a lot of foods you should stop/start eating while TTC.
I’m a big coffee drinker, so this is the toughest for me. I’ve already cut out alcohol, but I want to hear about how you changed your diet while TTC. How LITTLE coffee should I be drinking? Is it time for me to switch to decaf?
Also, for those who are already parents, do you think changes in your diet increased your chances for conception?

I’m not sure there was anything I stopped consuming (except caffiene and booze in the TWW). I did slow down on my running. I was doing 40-50 miles/week, and I slowed down to 20-ish miles.
Before TTC, though, I started cutting carbs by about half (I’m a long distance runner, so I couldn’t just get rid of all of them), and started making sure I was getting 2-3 servings of veggies a day, and at least 1 serving of fruit.
I also cut out meat and started eating more beans/nuts/peanutbutter.
And no junk food. At all. It made me feel gross when I ran, so I just stopped having it!
So by the time we were TTC, I was a well-oiled, ultra-healthy machine! We got our BFP in the first month!
