- Wedding: September 2013
We had a wedding of about 110 guests and turned out perfect. I thought I’d share my vendors.
Reception Location: Old Exchange and Provost Dungeon–Great location. Kathryn is great and easy to work with. We had a cocktail hour in the downstairs area while the docents did a tour of the dungeon for guests. The upstairs ballroom is nice.
Catering: Cafe’ Catering–Lauren is great to work with. The food was perfect and exactly what we wanted. The bar services are incredibly reasonable as well. They worked best with our budget for what we wanted. Guests raved about the food and no one went home hungry.
Cake: Publix– Simple pretty and yummy
Coordinator: Catherine Bruce– AWESOME AWESOME She was intended to be a day of coordinator but did so much more. She was wonderful! She did all of my rentals, got babysitters for out of town guests with kids, and has a awesome personality. I highly recommend her. I found her through Canvas salon.
Photographer: BlueSky Studios in Charlotte–AWESOME AWESOME These photographers are amazing! Their photographs show it all. This is the one item I did not want to skimp on because the pictures last forever. The photographers are so wonderful and fun. They travelled to Charleston.
DJ: Lee Edwards Entertainment–he was great and made it for a fun night. Very reasonable.
Hotels: Meeting Street Inn–they were so accomodating and wonderful for my family from the Managers to front desk and housekeeping.
