Sounds nice to me. I'm not really big on charm bracelets, but really, I'd be appreciative for any type of gift. Do you by chance have a pic of it?
I guess the most important question is whether you think that your bridesmaids would like to receive a charm bracelet, and whether they would wear them... I don't think I would, but then I really don't wear jewelry on a daily basis, so I'm not the best one to judge. If you think they'd like them, go for it!
The idea sounds so sweet but I personally wouldn't wear it. As your bridesmaids, I'm sure they'd be very appreciative and love it but I would want to make sure that it would be something they would like before I go for it.
do you think your bridesmaid will like them?? charm bracelets are not my style, i will prefer a pocket book, make up, a travel coffee mug or a pretty pair of earings
I think that sounds nice. I know that some people are weird about bracelets, so I thought I'd let you know what my girlfriend did for her BMs (myself included). She gave us all a chain with a pendant for us to wear at the wedding and a charm for us to wear on the chain after the wedding. She made sure that each charm represented the girl she gave it to. I got a cupcake charm.
I like the idea of jewelry, but charm bracelets are not really my style. They might be someone else's though-- have you seen your BMs wearing things like this? I have to confess I would be appreciative for the gift because it was a gift, but I would also probably be disappointed if I kept receiving charms for future gifts for a bracelet I didn't wear.

I was thinking the same thing. Again, I'd appreciate the thought behind the bracelet, but it would probably just sit in my jewlery box as a momento. I too would be kind of dissappointed if for X-Mas or my birthday I kept receiving charms to add to it.
I can see that a charm bracelet could be really personalized and be a nice reminder for your girls. But like some of the others have mentioned, charm bracelets are often chunky and heavy so they may not be everyone's style. You know your girls best though! If you think they would like one, you should check out Pandora bracelets. I think they are a little more streamlined than some other charm bracelets.
I already have a charm bracelet from my childhood - as do many of mthe ladies I know. Perhaps you could treat them to a spa day instead?
thanks ladies so back to the drawing board it is... when i come up with something else i'll post
I'm with Riley Jane on this one, I have a Pandora bracelet that I love. Lots of my friends also have them. FI has bought me several beads to add to it over time also, and it's really pretty. There are other brands out there too, like Troll, Chamilia, and Brighton, all that are along the same idea line.
Cute! I did a nice necklace chain for each girl, then also a selection of charms that they could use- their first initial, a glass charm, and something that they are into (horse shoe for the Indianapolis Colts fan).
all 4 of my bridesmaids already have a Pandora Charm Bracelet, so i will just buy them a charm for it.

I know a lot of people just purchase the jewelry that the bridal party wears for the ceremony. I found some really pretty things but they are costume pieces and don't want the girls to think i was being cheap so in additionion to the costume jewely i was thinking about a charm bracelet with the first charm on it. I thougt this would be an inexpensive yet nice gift. Also it will make future gift givng easy. Just buy another charm.
What do you all think ????
Here is the bracelet and it comes with a really nice gift box
