Has anyone done this and how much did it cost you? I'm thinking this is probably the cheapest way to go as far as shuttling people from ceremony to reception.

    Thanks!

How many guests are you concerned about transportation?

We're looking at about 100 which would probably need two buses or so I'm figuring. I thought that the trolley works or other charter buses etc would be too expensive. I'm in the cheap!!

I'm interested in doing the same: transporting about 100 guests from our hotel to reception site. Any recommendations/pricing would be helpful!

I'm located outside phila and am using a trolley to get to the church and reception and a school bus for the other guests to get to the reception and then back to the hotel at night. I'm using Rhoades limo service. I believe I'm paying $700 for the trolley and $500 for the bus.

I got quotes from www.busbank.com, www.costalcoachllc.com, and www.tour-monde.com. The cheapest was $565 from tour-monde for one coach bus, five hours. I would probably need to transport about 135 people from the hotel where the guests are staying to the reception nad back at the end of the night. I'm assuming that the guests would check in at the hotel between the time of the ceremony and reception. Hope this helps!

Thanks everyone for the help! Looks like transporting 100 folks in a cheapy bus will require over a grand worth of funds... kind of what a figured. I'm going to go broke for this thing but this is a once in a liftime deal right???..... eeeeeek!
