So I have recently started charting as I hope to use this as our form of contraception in the future once my body is back to normal from being on the pill, and I have learnt myself what’s going on. I am in my second cycle and am starting to slowly recognise the different signs from my body.
However, there is one area I am still slightly unsure of and that is CM. I know there are different stages according to your level of fertility…the one I am not sure about is “dry” because every time I check it is never “dry” like our skin is, but is more like the inside of our mouths – it is not wet but there is moisture.
I presume it is supposed to be like the latter and we aren’t supposed to be completely “bone dry”. I am guessing that dry refers to anything that isn’t, sticky, creamy, watery or egg white.
But if people could clarify for me…that would be great!
