I’m not quite sure if I missed this class in gym but I have no idea about charting. What are you charting exactly and what do all the acronyms mean? Does anyone have an easy to read/informative web site they use or do you make your own chart?
Just got married and will start TTC (that acronym I know) in November/December!
Any info would be helpful!
Oops I meant for this to be in TTC 🙂

@mrsalexander: Hello! That’s so exciting, I’ve just begun charting so we can use it as birth control rather than ttc for 2 years until we do decide to have kids. Feel free to come join us on the TTC page, there is a thread that’s called “Waiting to TTC Chat” and we would love to help with any questions you may have over there! And just for starters, the majority of people charting read and follow the book Taking Charge of Your Fertility, and then for the computer, chart online using FertilityFriend.com, which you can also upload as an app to your smartphone. Good luck!! 🙂

@mrsalexander: Read Taking Charge of Your Own Fertility and sign up for free charting lessons on fertilityfriend.com. It will explain everything step by step. You can use the TTC boards here to ask ladies about your chart as well.

Hey, welcome to the TTC boards 🙂 It would be really helpful to go read the sticky on “What to expect”:
This thread provides a great explanation of a lot of the basics and acronyms you’ll see around the board. I also second setting up an account on Fertility Friend. A lot of us have paid for VIP memberships, which come with more features, but they have a free membership that’s very useful, including a free charting course that’ll give you all the necessary info.
See you on the waiting to TTC thread, and join the “Charters of the Hive” thread if you have questions or just want to chat about charting stuff.
