Hi! What about one of the metro parks? It should be really nice in October, as the leaves will be changing.
I had looked into the louisville parks, but the fear of rain deterred me. Luckily, I contacted every venue in the area and found a beautiful affordable place to hold my ceremony. Now I just have to figure out where to have a very cheap rehearsal dinner. My house isn't set up for it, my mom could possibly do it. But it might be cold in October, so we'll see.
Most resturants have party rooms you could use for cheap.
I was going to suggest EP Tom Sawyer because they have an awesome facility (very modern) for the wedding but glad you found something.

I already have a place for my reception, but I am looking for a place for my ceremony in downtown Louisville. I wanted to have it on the Belvedere, but it is booked, and everywhere else I have inquired about has quoted me $700 or more. I have a max budget of $400 to spend on my ceremony. Does anyone know of someplace I am missing?
