@Randi156: My original location was St. Simons so I did some research...Have you checked with Carla from St. Simons Elopements? Her services ranged anywhere from $900-2000 and they have a facebook with tons of pictures you can check out. You might also check out Cocktails Details. Are you thinking of having a reception there also?
@little_ladybug: I am not sure if I am going to have the reciption there or not, I am not really sure.

Hello all!!
I am getting married on st. Simons Island, GA. The problem is we are on a budget. Does anyone have any helpful input on how to put on a "cheap" elegant wedding? I do not want it to look cheap but I want it to look elegant. The cermony will be at sunset in May. I chose the beach becasue I thought it would be cheaper plus I like the beach and my dress really matches it but my dress is elegant. The cheapest I have found is $3,000 for a cermony. There will seriously only be 10-15 guests and that is including my mom and my fiance's parents. I have 1 bridesmaide and my fiance' has 1 groomsman. Anyone have any helpful ideas or know any good planners in that area that could help me? I am new to this wedding planning thing!
Thanks everyone!!
