how about an alternative to a traditional guestbook?
I don't know anything about your wedding, so I can't give specific suggestions that would be helpful, but if you google "guestbook alternative" there are tons of ideas.
I found a fuschia pink and gray guestbook album on Etsy for $9 with only $3 shipping. It even comes with a matching pen!

im having one these 
cheap frame, white backing card and cutting out a space for the photo. and some nice marker pens costing me about £10. might jazz up the frame aterwards
I'm actually doing something similar to the "wish tree." But instead of writing a wish, I'm just having my guests write their names on the cards (butterfly shaped die-cuts!) and hang them on the tree. You can Google "wish tree" to get the idea. Just be sure to use a really cute pen!

Ok, so here's the deal. I've googled, bing'ed and ebay'ed for black and hot pink guestbook sets. Sorry, but I'm on a VERY tight budget and just cannot see forking over $60+ for this. I'd much rather put that money into something else, like my dress LOL.
What I'm looking for now is a CHEAP guestbook. Doesn't matter the color or writing on the cover or anything like that. I've seen some tutorials to cover the outside with fabric, etc, and that's what I'm going to do. I just need to find the "base" book with lined pages for the guests to sign.
Anyone know where I can find this? And, I should mention, I've found them for around $10, but then the shipping was AT LEAST the same, if not more.
FIY--I live in the sticks. Seriously. Middle of nowhere. No craft stores whatsoever for at least 50+ miles. So, I need to be able to order online.
