Does anyone know of a good website that sells cheap, but nice invitations? I've been trying to google cheap invitations, but the only things I can find are ones with ugly, old-fashioned invitations. We are going to have to order at least 300 and I didn't want to spend half of my budget just on invitations! I like modern, classic invitations. Also, there is NO WAY I could ever be creative enough to DIY invitations either; I'm not very crafty :)

Let me know what yall are using!! I appreciate any ideas!!

    Thanks (:

Try Etsy!  I got mine there for $1.80 per set of invitation and RSVP card.  Both came with our return address stamped on the envelope.  I used seller Whimsical Prints - she's very easy to work with and can pretty much do whatever you need.  Check out her shop; you won't be disapointed!!!

I ordered mine from Discount Invitations USA.  They were easy to work with and I think they were pretty affordable.  They were $3 each, which included:

Invitations w/double envelopes and return address printed, and colored ink

    Envelope lining

    Response set w/return address

    Reception card

    Envelope seals

You can leave out some of the items and it'd be cheaper.

I ordered all of my invites foiled envelopes, with response cards (addressed return envelopes), reception cards... from www.budgetweddinginvitations.com

I know.. the wedsite name is cheesy but the customer service was great and the TAT on the printing was good too.... I would recommend.

I am planning on using 123print.com  They have been the most reasonable so far.  I also decided not to do the RSVP card that they offered, but designed a post card instead to save a little more.

For around $75 I am getting 100 invitations with envelopes, 100 RSVP Post Cards, and 100 business cards that I will print directions on

I ran across a great website that has inexpensive invitations. The invites start at like $.65 each! They have lots of options and you can change the colors of the invites on their website. I have had lots of fun with that. Their invitations are nice and not cheesy like others I have run across. You should check it out

We bought the box sets from Target - $35 for 50 invites w/ envelopes and 50 rsvp cards with envelopes - You print them yourself but, they're nice thick cardstock and cute designs!

I noticed you said you need 300 invitations and I just wanted to make sure you realize that you only need one invitation per couple or household. You might need fewer than you think (unless you really are inviting 600 people to your wedding, in which case, WOW!).

If you looking for something simple to print yourself Target has some good options.  I haven't seen them in person (only online) but they are simple and modern and very well priced.

You might also want to try looking for a partial DIY kit.  They do the printing and such and you get to put it all together.  A ton of the invitation companies offer these types of kits and it will save you a bunch of $$$.  Off the top of my head I can't think of where I last saw these, but I'm sure plenty of other bees will.

Good luck and let us know what you find!

tell her cheryl austin reffered you. she has a few great deals. i'm taking advantage of the gate fold design that comes with envelope and rsvp card for only 1.95 for all.

she has cheap and more expensive designs. her 2.00 design has the works...she's really something! i'll attach a photo of the design i chose but mine will be in black and red.

i found some cheap wedding invitations http://www.wedding-supplies.com photo wedding invitations can also be put on there for the same price.  they're only .37 cents!  you can mix and match the font and art available.  or better yet my friend couldn't find a graphic art that she liked on there, but they let her send in her own pic to put.  so if you see something you like on their site, great.  or you could send in what you want and they're put it together.  anyways that is the cheapest i've found so far.  sometimes you can catch a great deal at target or walmart in their clearance aisle.

i recommend going to paper source to get some ideas or supplies, but to purchase they can get a little pricey.  A friend of mine used www.myjeanm.com  and this link has a 15% off coupon but, it expires soon!  http://www.couponcraze.com/coupons/jeanm/.  Not positive if its in your price range but, if anything else, it can inspire you!!

    Good Luck!

Go to Michael's! They have a ton of cute boxed invite sets. The ones I bought were part of the "Brides" magazine line and were only $40 for a box of 40 invites. I had a 40% off coupon (you can find the coupon online if you don't get the newspaper - Michael's *always* has coupons going around) so they came out to around $25/box after that. They are super cute and don't look cheap at all (nice paper, etc.). They come with a little pamphlet with wording suggestions and information on downloading invite templates off the manufacter website. Definitely a bargain invite find.

Target!!!!  They have really pretty designs and sell boxes of 50 invites for about $25-30.  I just bought 4 boxes and printed them off my home computer.  However, I didn't know they did not come with inner envelopes...which really saved quite a bit of time and work!  If you're ok with that, I definitely recommend.  Best of luck to you!

There are lots of great sellers on etsy who can help depending on the style and price you would like. Plus, most of the designers are small and accommodating. I would highly recommend checking out etsy.com for deals.

I used a combination for both our STD and invites.

VistaPrint.com can be good for some things (search for a coupon online, 50% off is common)

We wanted to be socially conscious in some purchases when possible and found a great non-profit called WomanCraft (womencraft.net). They made us handmade plantable paper booklets (4 pages) for $2.10/invite. I bought envelopes through envelopemall.com for $12.

We stamped the front of our invites and the back side of the envelopes using a custom stamp we ordered from Esty.

i went with a local university's print shop. sounds weird, but they do invites all the time. we just had a friend who is inDesign savvy design something that we came up with (by browsing through etsy and picking different parts of invites we saw there to make our own!) and then gave the design the the print shop. we're getting 132 color invites, reception cards and response cards all for less than $40. i'm just going to get ribbon and tie all the pieces together myself! if you live near a university...i would suggest looking into their printing options/prices! good luck!

Someone above mentioned this, but http://www.annsbridalbargains.com/ seems to have some good, cheap invites in the $50/100 range. Also, http://www.weddinginvitationsguide.com/inexpensive-wedding-invitations.html has some low-price ones too.

<span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: tahoma; font-size: 13px">Try vistaprint.com! You can upload your design (or use their templates) and have them print them. At the 5.5"x4" size, one sided, glossy, with envelopes, and with shipping in the USA, you can get 100for $101.98 and standard shipping (although there are a lot of options) for $11.15.  You can then upload a desisingfor an RSVP card at a smaller size, I think it's 3.5" x 5", glossy, one sided, with envelopes for $48.73 with $12 shipping.
This comes to a total of $173.86 or about $1.74 per invite.
Then all you have to do it buys outer envelopes (if you're using them) for a little bit more. I believe envelope mall has good ones and a ton of options.  Of course, if you wanted to place your invites into a pocket fold, you'd have to order those and they'd be a little more pricy. Or if you wanted to order paper to back your invites with, that would add a little more money too.
If you don't want to pay a lot to get invites designed, I design invites for brides to download and print on their own for around $75-$95. You get to chose what you want and I can build it for you to fit in the software you want, like Word. You can pm me if interested or see some of my designs atwww.colorcoated.etsy.com .
    Good luck!!
