We had friends that used it for their honeymoon, and use it for a lot of trips. They recommended it to us, they're very happy with it and they say it's priced great. We haven't actually used it yet though.
I booked a trip to the Dominican Republic 2 years ago through this site and everything worked out well. I think that I did purchase the trip protection plan but not medical. I also booked the airport transfer through the site when booking the trip which was very easy. I was afraid I would get off the plane and no one would be there for me but it worked out great! I didn't have any "problems" that needed to be addressed so I can't vouch for customer service or anything since I did it all online but the trip was great, I didn't have any complaints with this company.

protection plans, medical plans? did you buy them?
I'm looking at adult all inclusives. I found Hedonism III in Jamaica - 5 day trip and including airfare from Seattle for $2500.
