I went on polyvore and found a bunch of dresses I liked and then linked the bridesmaids who could pick theirs. Or find their own. You could go there and search for dress and the color.

We paid for them, but they were all under 90
Here are some pink dresses there

I used Alexia Designs and they were pretty cheap. You can choose what type of satin you want them to make the dress with and that can change the cost. For instance, I first chose just a normal satin and the dresses were like $100, but then I upgraded to a shinier satin and the dresses were $124.
The bridal store in my town sold a ton of gowns by that brand. They were comparable to the Jim Hjelm and other top-designer's gowns.
Also check out target.com. They used to sell bridesmaid dresses online by mizrahi. Not sure if they do anymore. But I had bought a ton of them when they were on clearance for about $20 each. They look really nice and I used some at my wedding showers and rehearsal dinner.
Mori Lee is on the less expensive side, and pretty nice. Others that might be in your price range are Dessy and Bari Jay. Have you considered getting a dress that's not a bridesmaid dress? Do you want long or short dresses?
My bridesmaids are wearing Alfred Angelo - they ranged from about $110 - $160. Not cheap but not very expensive. And they have lots of colors!
Good luck!

For my wedding Ill be telling my girls what brand/color/fabric dress and let them pick out their dress.
Weve all only been out of college a little over a year so I dont want to break the bank. I was originally going to go with David Bridal since they seem to have the most low price choices, but the recently discontinued their hot pink (azalea) color.
So any bees have any suggestions for a low price line of BM dresses?
