I guess it's not really personalized, but I bought some of ours at Michael's in the dollar bin. They are ivory with a gold "R" on them. I got 25 for $1.
These are the cheapest I've found. I got the same double hearts design that's pictured and they came out great and arrived quickly. Hope this helps!
