Weddingbee boards

Hi all! I know many of us have gotten married in the past few months/weeks and I was just wondering how everyone was doing and if those still in the planning stage needed any advice.

For those of you in Vermont on August 8th, you might recall that it was fan-frickin-tabulous gorgeous and our wedding in Stowe was hands down awesome. Our florist - Alison Ellis of Floral Artistry - outdid herself, our photographer - Orah Moore - captured it all while making us laugh and our families, specifically sister MOH and BIL BM were phenomenal. Calais Lovejoy - our coordinator at Stowe Mountain Resort - is pretty much my hero and the setting at the Inn at the Mountain was perfect for our August day and our pie buffet! That being said, there was a case of missing Ben & Jerry's, some lost rehearsal dinner guests, and just not enough time. We had so much fun - hiccups included - and were so exhausted by the end of it we almost didn't know how to function. Then we went to Asia... anyway, just wanted to see how my fellow '09 Vermont brides' days turned out.

Congrats doll!  I am getting married at Spruce Camp at SMR and working with Calais on my 101010 wedding.  I'm so excited!  She was great to meet with - we looked at the property a couple weeks after your wedding in August!  Who did you use for a DJ? xoxox
