Has anybody found any checklists / questions to ask vendors, online? I am still in the early stages of planning, so any and all types of questions for vendors would be appreciated (florist, ceremony/reception venue, DJ, photog, etc). I know, I know... they have a million bridal planners and organizers out there but I haven't found one that I like and fits my needs. If you have an organizer you like, please tell me the name, and why you like it otherwise I am stuck with the binder I am making (hence, needing the checklists/questions).

    Thanks Bees!

    Hey Bella!

Which vendors do you need to interview? Are you looking for questions to ask a florist, your caterer or another vendor?

The Knot's Book of Lists is great for what you need.  There is a chapter on everything and every vendor complete with things to consider and questions to ask.

    @ SanDiegoAli:

I love the second link! I had seen the first before and it's helpful too.

    Thanks!

    Check out these sites:

    http://www.littlethingsfavors.com/vendor-checklists.html

    http://www.herecomestheguide.com/weddingplanning/region/questions-to-ask-your/

I came up with my own list using these sites and the lists in the Green Bride Guide by Kate Harrison, which is great for eco-friendly brides.

You should also be sure to ask for a written estimate that includes all of the fees, including deposit and payment dates, everything included in the cost, cancellation and change policies, overtime charges, restrictions and any additional fees, gratuities, and service charges.

    I hope this helps!
