Oh God! I love your look! Yes, the chiavari chairs go magnificently in your setting. I'm not sure what color tablecloths your having, or if your mason jars are clear glass, but if they are and if your cloths are white, you could do the brown-tone chiavari chairs (if they come with cushions, go white or cream). This will be beautiful. I love juxtaposing elegance and lace against rustic woods. To me, visually, there's nothing quite like it. Hope to achieve a bit of it in the glossy Manhattan loft where we're getting married in June! It's ALL white, actually, but we might go with the brown chiavari chairs mixed in with painted white (Hamptons-style) benches and rectangular tables. If we can afford the chairs (hehe)!
So, these are a different color than you want, but I loooove them in a rustic setting (just to give you a visual!) :)
I think they will look fantastic! Perhaps the natural wood or white would be the best to maintain the rustic feel. Actually I would go with the white to contrast the worn wood of the barn - they will pop more against the background.
We are doing gold chivari for our reception so I completely understand your love for them.
Yeah! I love them and think they are really versatile and can look good with almost any theme. Ha I'm kind of obsessed with them. I would do dark brown or mahagony and a cream cushion.
Thanks for the input - I'm glad my vision is somewhat cohesive!
@Crayfish - Did you have an image to post?? You have me curious!
JoeBeth12 - You're venue sounds amazing. I love all white as there is so much you can do in terms of contrast.
Hi ladies NGolden -- thanks for your lovely comment. So it turns out the budget is ballooning and I don't think we can do the chiavari chairs after all, but for much less (through our caterer), we can do the white wood garden white (comes with inset -- I guess vinyl -- white cushion) and we'll mix and match these with the white painted benches/white silk cushions. Don't love it nearly as much in the white loft as the chiavari, but gotta start making some cuts.

I have the opportunity to rent chiavari chairs for half-price by splitting the cost with the day-before-me bride. My reception is in a barn. I am envisioning long tables with mason jars filled with sunflowers, wildflowers or gerbera daisies, maybe a burlap table runner and family style service. Do chiavari chairs go with this vision? If so - what color? I am thinking wood tone to keep it rustic, although white might be pretty. Help me creative bees!
