My friend took her inside ones in Union Station. Honestly, I'd stop calling places, and just go to the buildings you want and take pictures until somebody asks you to leave.
I guess Monday is supposed to be really nasty so we were hoping to do most of our inside shots then.
Union Station requires a permit and they are usually pretty strict. Cultural Center should be ok as long as you get approval in advance (which is sounds like you are). You can also call Navy Pier to see if they will give you permission. So many indoor locations in Chicago require permits...good luck!

We're going there this weekend for our e-pics and we found a few places that we would love to do pictures in side. The Rookery said no, it wasn't allowed and the Santa Fe Building isn't answering. I still have to call union station, Marshall fields, and the chicago cultural center. Is there anywhere else we can go to get awesome looking pictures that are indoors? Thanks!
