I make a lot of my food on Sundays to reheat/assemble during the week so I have time for the gym. But today I am inspirationless.
I have some boneless, skinless chicken thighs to make something for tomorrow nights dinner. I am in that “Nothing sounds good” or “We always have that” mood and I dont know what to make.
P.S. we dont generally eat grains of any kind. That means bread, pasta, rice, quinoa etc.
