I love your wedding cake topper and want the same thing – where did you get these from?

Thanks in advance!

@HollyCJ:  How did you mix the two cultures throughout the wedding? Are either of you religious? Just curious … my boyfriend is Chinese and I am Jewish.

@HollyCJ:  Thanks so much for replying. I do know about some of the Chinese traditions – my boyfriend has filled me in on some of them. I’d like to incorporate as much as I can of both of our cultures into our future wedding, as the day obviously just isn’t about me … although I’d say my boyfriend and I are probably more Canadian than we are anything else!

It’s still ages to go before we get married, so I’m just looking for ideas at this point. How comfortable were you with all the Jewish traditions at your wedding? Were there some elements you didn’t like?

I know my parents will have a lot of say in our wedding when we finally begin seriously planning it. Going from what they like, our ceremony will be traditionally Jewish, but no religion … but I think my boyfriend is fine with that. We were recently at my best friend’s wedding, who is also Jewish and her ceremony was beautiful. He absolutely loved it, so I’m really thankful for that.
