Does anyone have a sample Chinese reception timeline schedule they could share?
Because I’m incorporating a Western Ceremony right before the reception, the timeline is a bit “squished”. Anticipating that the ceremony will end a little before 7, I figure 7-7:30 is for seating, and the Wedding party entrance to start at 7:45.
I plan on changing from the white dress to the red dress, but want to be in the white dress for cake cutting, table toasting, and bouquet toss.
Assuming the older folks will not stick around until midnight partying it up, I think the groom and I will/should be standing by the exit to say goodbye to people around 10-10:30 (basically after all the food has been served).
Any ideas on how everything should be timed?
Thanks in advance for your ideas!
