Ok I ordered these boxes from papermart after another bee recommended that site to me. I bought these boxes to put pastries in to serve at the reception and I plan to tie a ribbon around the box
The boxes were shipped really quickly and i was happy with how fast I got them, the price was very good too. BUT they have this giant ugly red stamp underneath them, and that is no were in the description! It bothers me a bit even FI was like “what the heck is that” when he saw the red stamp underneath it. The description says its plain white.. but take a look for yourself

I think you’re right. I’ve bought those sorts of boxes for favors before and they didn’t have a stamp. They should have noted that…it’s pretty huge!

@Jeannine @ Small Chic: I’m glad I’m not the only one that feels that way. I cant decide if I should return them… but its so much effort to do so

The vendor should’ve mentioned it. I think you should email the vendor to let them know that this is something they should mention in the description. Since it’s under the box, not too many people will notice and it’s too much effort to send back. Maybe they can give you some sort of credit?

It’s unfortunate. But thankfully, it’s on the bottom. Why not make some stickers with your monogram/wedding colors and put those over the red?
I understand it’s an added cost. But, at least they are on the bottom, so the guests won’t really notice them unless they lift up the containers and flip them upside down.

Since it’s on the bottom most people won’t even notice. I agree with lady baker, just make a sticker or even a blank white label to cover it. It’s less hassle that way.

I wish I could have voted twice. Yes, I think the vendor should have noted the stamp, but I also think it’s a minor detail. It’s what’s inside that counts!
