Soo, my DH and I are going TTC over the summer and of course I’ve been in overdrive with the thoughts of everything. I def want to get in good shape before I start TTC, I was always pretty active, but after the HM 6 months ago I’ve been slacking big time and gained some unwanted weight.
My question is this, I have a MAJOR sweet tooth, I LOVE LOVE chocolate and sweets and I don’t know how to control it. I try not to keep it in the house but my DH gets annoyed that he has to be “punished” for my sweet tooh and lack of self control so at times it’s in the house and I can’t control my intake. I’m terrified this is going to be a big problem when I get preggo, not only with the amount of caffine that isn’t good for baby but also make me gain crazy unwanted weight
So are there any Moms-to-be that have this problem and can shed any advice on how they controlled it or if the cravings got worse, better? Any insight would be great
