BeeinBlush:

My go to is Lindt Excellence 70% dark.

I keep a bar (okay, two or three) in the freezer And it’s just so perfect. Two squares and I’m good!

My other fave is Dagoba lavendar blueberry. So yum!

ETA – The Ghiradelli peppermint bark squares that are out this time of year don’t suck, either… Lol

BeeinBlush:  I try to get chocolate that doesn’t have soy lethicin in it. Soy isn’t great for women’s hormones, so best to avoid. So my favorite right now is Theo Cherry Almond Dark Chocolate.

And as a side note, chocolate craving are a sign of magnesium deficiency. Once I started taking magnesium supplements plus using a magnesium lotion at night (helps me fall asleep), my chocolate cravings have disappeared.

Pure unadulterated white chocolate.  It;s so dang sickening creamy and sweet.  I LOVVVEE it! Too bad I can’t eat any of it.  I am all about good eating right now, losing weight, and keeping it off.  If I do have a craving I will go for a small bar of dark chocolate.

KoiKove:  Thanks for this fact regarding a lack of magnesium leading to chocolate cravings.  I had no idea.
