Just thought all you pet-loving bees might enjoy this story about a Chesapeake Bay Retriever found abandoned near where I live. The 18-month old dog had two badly broken legs, and a yellow puppy ball. He is having surgery at the WSU Veterinary School (Go Cougs!) and is apparently recovering nicely. Breaks my heart that it took so long for someone to get him some help, but apparently (like my adopted rescue cats) he loves people anyway, and is going to have a good life from here on out.
