I really like his work! Maybe I'm biased though, because he has somewhat the same style as my photographer :)
I really like his work as well. I totally agree with you - have a great photographer to capture the day is SO worth it - we really splurged on ours as well. Packages starting at $2500 seems like a steal for his work. Our photographer started at $4000 - great find bubbles2011
I really like his work as well!! My only comment is that he seems to be a fan of tilted photographs and photos that do a lot with color saturation/different lighting effects (I don't know the technical names for that stuff, sorry!). Those pics are nice, but if it were me, I would also make sure I have a fair amout of photographs shot from typical angles, with typical "coloring" on the photo (ack, I know it's not the coloring, but I don't know what it's called. But do you know what I mean? How some pics look like they've been enhanced color-wise in some way?). That's just me though, and it looks like he can do both really well. So good choice! :)
Wow, I really like his work too, and as a photographer, I'm a pretty critic. I think Hilsy makes a good point though. If you love his work for the special effects, make sure your package includes a lot of "retouched prints"

If you love his work, then yes, I feel the price is worth the cost. We're having a budget wedding as well and went over the budget for photography because it was so important for us to have awesome photos.
Love the work! You did great in your choice! I'm also lovin' the pics on his site..what a gorgeous chuppah! (I can't help it..I love great wedding style)

We are on a tight budget, but we really want to get great wedding photos because photos last forever. So, we decided to go over our budget. We don't really know about photography, but we love his work. What do you think? His pacakge starts at $2500. Thanks for your help.
