He was in town next to my hometown — His vehicle was found burned down in Big Bear.

    He is a murderer.

murderer. this is not the way to get justice or attention drawn to dirty cops within the LAPD. you can’t go around murdering people. you just can’t. this isn’t a movie, it’s real life. he could’ve gone to the media with his story. the media loves shit like that. it reminds me of the movie “the negotiator” because that guy took extreme measures to prove his innocence and out dirty cops but again, that was a movie. people can’t do that stuff in real life.

He is a murderer anyway you look at it.

That being said, I do agree there are problems in our justice system. MANY problems. And I do agree they will probably evaluate their current situation & officers and try to improve when all is said and done. So in the end, he’ll get what he wants. It doesn’t make him any less of a killer though.

Definitely a murderer. I haven’t come across any news outlets/blog/media calling him a hero.

I would love to hear why someone thinks he’s a hero. The couple that was killed on Sunday live in my town. And live in an area I frequent. It is nuts. It was a key code locked parking structure. I am baffled at how he was able to kill them without anyone noticing for hours. He is a murderer PERIOD. How can he be considered a hero regardless of why he murdered these 2 innocent people. Who only a month ago got engaged.

I’m confused, why would he be considered a hero by anyone?

Yeah, I don’t understand the hero concept. He may have been a good cop but now he is killing people. No way to make that positive.

@echolove:  Well thankfully none of my FB friends are calling him that and I don’t see any other pages or references to that on my FB feeds.

Murderer. I live in one of the cities where he shot at our cops. Not a hero in my opinion..the cops he shot at are.

    Murderer.

I’m certain LAPD needs massive reform & has it’s own share of corruption, but this guy needs to be found before he kills more people.  That’s not the way to bring someone to justice.
