We are having a Christian wedding ceremony (specifically Lutheran) and I’m starting to create our programs. I’m having trouble finding any examples. I found tons of Catholic ones, but they are quite a bit different. We are having communion, and also we would like to include the readings in the program… I haven’t found many program examples that do that, most will just list the order of events.
Please help me find some examples to go by!

What kind of example are you wanting? Just find a program layout that you like and use it but make changes so that your specific details fit.

@Birdee106: I guess more of a booklet compared to the one page programs. I would just like to get some ideas how to make it more like a wedding program and less like a church service bulletin … if that makes any sense haha

I’m not going to be helpful at all because I have no idea how to put together a wedding program (and I’m refusing to look into any serious wedding details until I have to), but I did want to say that your profile picture is REALLY cute!! Hope you find a lovely layout!

I don’t see how a Catholic program would be that different. I’ve seen lots of church wedding programs with readings etc so it’s certainly been done. I’ll reply again if I find some.
Another possibility is contact the church – they might have some old ons lying around.

I was married in a Lutheran church, and created my own programs that are a booklet style, but they just list an order of events. I think it would be easy to modify to show the whole readings, but then the program would be “a book” rather than a booklet. Do you want it PM’d to you?

This place has a lot of bookfold program paper. All you have to do is use their template which will give you the suggested wording and then print it on this paper or any 8.5″ by 11″ paper.
