It's coming sooo fast! I've already had a couple of requests for Christmas ideas...
So I figured I'd ask you Bee's what you want for Christmas this year?
My Wish List
- Bath Bombs
- Gift Cards
- Pjs
- Label maker
- 2011 Pig calendar
- Connect Four game (LOL!)
My Christmas Wish List:
Coach handbag
Deep fryer
Eclipse DVD
Mani/Pedi gift certificate
Engagement ring (lol)
New pair of glasses (my daughter has bent mine out of shape)
instead of buying gifts for each other this year, we are going to vegas!
Barbara Walkers Sitchonarys
And an upgrade on my ring, I told FH thats what I want every year!
But I dont even have time to think about christmas presents just christmas decor for the wedding
I'm becoming boring, lol. :)
Hm.. as crazy and weird as this makes me look, I'm asking my FH for a custom painted portrait of our dog! Lol, I sound like a totally dog-crazy lady, but she's gorgeous and I really want one! Ha!
Unrealistically I'd love an iPad.
We want a flip camera! We're taking quite a few vacations next year, and we'd like it because it's so small and easy to travel with.
On a personal level, I really want some new Uggs. Mine are seven years old, and are in really bad shape.
And a huge gift card to Anthropologie so I can go wild, haha! :)
Christmas comes after halloween stuff leaves the shelves, don'tcha know?!
It's not even fall yet!!!
I do my Christmas shopping all year long, lol! I love finding awesome deals and then hiding them away, especially for the kids. Never too early to start giving my guy some ideas, too, because I know he has to save up money before December. :)
@ejs4y8: Ohhh I know! But when I'm asked to start making a Christlist, it starts feeling like that time of the year.
@Gemstone: Thank you. Ever since I was a little girl, I have wanted a vanity. I am really lucky to be able to get it, and I am getting it early, so I can practice my makeup and hair for the wedding. I am so spoiled :-)
I can't wait for Black Friday, that's when I really do most of my shopping!! Such an adventure and so much fun with my Mom & sister...definitely no way my SO wakes up for that craziness! Although this year we might not be doing much shopping, we are thinking of taking a vacation together instead :)
I'm always birthday/Christmas shopping, because I'm terrible - if I can't find THE gift, I usually don't get one (mostly because I get annoyed when I ask for ONE THING all year, and get something unrelated that cost more). So I'm always looking for the perfect one. I got my parents' 30th anniversary gift in 2008 - next year is their 30th. I got my mom's birthday (Dec. 23) and Christmas presents in May - Lilliput Lane Cottages (I have to go to another country to get them). My dad and the man - hard to shop for. I'll be consulting my guy on who we should get smaller presents for. And now I have a nephew - my brother and I have avoided getting each other Christmas gifts since we moved out, but I want to get my nephew something, and I think that means I have to get the parents stuff too.
I have an Amazon.com list, but what I really want...
An Engagement Ring
A reader for my completed manuscripts
A job
A visit with my nephew
Boxes for the drafts of my manuscripts in their being-sent-to-agents stage
I would really love some things for the house.
A label maker sounds pretty sweet!
Is it sad that I'm excited to get some pots and pans, when not too long ago I was excited to play with my new Barbies??
A GPS
A new cell phone to replace my dinosaur
A bicycle
A sewing machine
A DVD player that can be unlocked to play any region dvds, since I miss all my asia-bought movies!
A big fuzzy rug for our living room
It's hard to look past our wedding registry right now, haha, with the wedding in a month (!!!!)
A healthy baby boy- due Dec 2nd! We just celebrated our one year August 8th adn can't wait for our little guy to get here!!
I already asked for my Chanukah present, and got it. Neurofeedback therapy for my migraines.
World Peace
:) Sorry Ms Congeniality has been on a lot lately
We've already said we will get eachother something for our home.
But there is a gorgeous chair I want for our living room.
a new ipod
some honeymoon clothes
@ejs4y8: I dunno. I went into the Hobby Lobby in St. Peters last week and the Christmas section is already bigger than the Halloween one.
Mainly I want a happy holiday with my family and a healthy pregnancy!
But... my birthday is Christmas Day and with a little one on the way next March, this is my last year for me. Between the wedding, buying a house and the baby, I'm putting things on my list just for me, as opposed to house stuff or baby stuff, since we won't have fun money for a while!
A new pair of birkenstocks (I LIVE in my gizeh sandals)
giftcards for clothes (need to keep my expanding belly covered)
Wii Fit (a maybe, since it'll probably sit unused once the baby comes... )
electric griddle (love breakfast for dinner!)
food processor (somewhat baby-related since we'll use it to make baby food)
Christmas??? September JUST started!! I haven't even enjoyed a day of fall yet
I'd like a house. And if Santa could pay the down payment that would be great.
So, basically, I'm asking for nothing but $ in our savings account, how romantic
Christmas is coming fast? Last time I checked it wasn't even officially fall. Gurrrllll you better a calender...
All I want for the holidays this year, is the ability to spend Christmas in the U.S with both my son and my FI :(.
@PinkPinstripes:LOL!! Love it! One of my favorite lines is when Cheryl responds to her question about a perfect date..."I would have to say April 25th. Because it's not too hot, not too cold, all you need is a light jacket."
For Christmas I want time to cook, and sweet love down by the fire. ;) Simple, but all I require. We get ourselves most things that we really want/need, and we're saving for the wedding so we're not spending extravagantly. For our anniversary in a few days we're "gifting" each other with a bad-a$$ food processor, and other than that I haven't been wanting much. SO always comes up with sweet thoughtful gifts though, and I'm sure he'll do the same again this year. Last year, he hunted down a set of Corningwear bowls on EBay to match the one bowl I had left from my mom. The simplest gift, but it had me in tears. Last year, his big gift was super plush monogrammed towels...he's always wanted a set.
