Weddingbee boards

Well, I'm no longer waiting, bees! My amazing fiance (ahh!!) popped the question on Christmas!  Yay!

We went to see my mom and sisters on Xmas Eve, then drove back home in the middle of the day on Xmas. We exchanged our presents for each other (Wii! Yay!) and spent the next few hours playing video games and relaxing. I went upstairs to take a shower, and when I came back down, he had poured drinks for us both, and had the holiday crackers (popper doohickeys) set out on the table.

So, being determined to make the thing actually POP this time (Xmas eve at mom's it just kinda ripped apart), I pull the heck out of the two ends, and the contents go FLYING! I go run around the coffee table to pick up what I figured was the little toy inside, and see my cat sniffing at my RING!! 

At this point I just scream, pick it up, and turn around (already bawling) to look at him. He looks so nervous, and he gets down on his knees, wraps his arms around me, and asks me to marry him!

I think I nodded, and then asked if he was sure :p 

I'm so excited, bees! I had been expecting it, but not on Christmas! 

To top it off, his SIL, who is a good friend of mine, paid for us to have a wedding planner!! I'm unbelievably excited, and I can't wait to start planning!!

Thanks everyone! Yes, it is a sapphire and it looks even better than I remember it looking in the store! Sorry it's so blurry, I'm working on getting a decent pic of it! 

@Neva:Oops, I didn't even realize it looked like my right hand! I took it with the Photobooth application on my computer, so it's flipped! It actually is on my left! Thanks for pointing that out!
