I can’t see half the pics 🙁

I love theme trees! I want to change it up yearly too but I haven’t had the chance to do anything about it yet. I don’t think we’ll even get our tree up this year, dh is doing some fix ups before work starts again at the first of the year so my house is chaos.

Our tree is 3 feet tall with a multi colored paper chain that my nephew made hanging from it. Not a garland, which wraps around, but literally we just plopped it on top of the tree and let it hang there lol.

This year is purple and gold with a hint of blue. We have different baubles for each person in the house. Even the presents match, haha. This is the first year we’ve really been able to do a theme for our tree. Last year we have a 30cm fibre optic tree with no decorations and a tree topper, because we were in shared accommodation. I’m really excited for Christmas this year 🙂

We use the same decorations every year. A mix of bows/balls and a few select store bought and handmade ornaments. The angel was given to me by my late grandmother. It’s handmade from Germany and older than I am. Our tree skirt was made by my grandmother as well.
