… is about to become mine! I am beyond excited and grateful! My Dad gave the OK a few minutes ago over the phone, and I’m about to go back to the salon to have my measurements taken and order her! Sooo excited, and wanted to share with ladies who would understand!

I lusted after that dress for months online! I finally saw it in person and it lived up to the hype. You’ll be gorgeous I’m sure!

Thanks ladies! Bethesdabride… I was the same way… lusting over it for quite some time, and yes she certainly does live up to the hype!

OMG – I am absolutely in love! I’ve never seen this dress before (I guess I live under a rock). Oh my word, if I could get a “do-over” of my wedding, THIS would be my dress for sure. Congrats, congrats, congrats!!!!

are any brides out there planning on selling the Desiree or the Maribel after their wedding? I would love to try to find this dress!

I too am a Christos Desiree bride! I love this dress, and am so grateful my parents are generous enough to get it for my big day! Similar to you… I had been lusting over the Maribel dress, when a local store had a trunk show I rushed to get in! I ended up falling in love with Desiree ….I can’t wait to wear her!!!!

I’m a Christos Desiree bride, too!! I was totally in love with the Jim Hjelm 8962 at first, but I completely fell for this one when I tried it on. The best part is that I got it at a sample sale and it is completely NEW. I don’t even have to clean it because I can’t see one smudge or speck of dirt on it, amazingly! The consultants at the sale said they were shocked it was actually put out as one of the sample sale items. Yay!
Do you girls know when this dress first debuted? I’ve been trying to find a photo of it worn to in an actual wedding to see what it looks like on other people, but am having no luck!
