I'm looking for someone as well and really nervous about it getting done properly. My wedding is before yours, so I'll let you know who I used and how it turned out!
I went to Kim Dao Alteration downtown near the Garfield Suite. She proposed a very secure five-point bustle for cheaper than the other two places I went for a quote. She was great to work with. I really recommend her.
