That’s so funny, my date is October 3rd and my fiance and I love Alice and Wonderland too! I think we’ll be incorporating tea cups and tea pots with flowers in them and I love the idea of antique playing cards. I’d love to have the croquet too but I don’t think we have a place outdoors that we could do it.

I think doing centerpieces similar to Mrs. Lovebug’s would be really cute.  You could have tea cups and tea pots with flowers inside and have those sitting on different copies of Alice in Wonderland.

It could be fun to make hats available to you guests, especially if there’s a photobooth.  A few outlandish hats (like the Mad Hatter’s, or along the lines of Kentuck Derby style hats) could be a LOT of fun and add to the whimsical feel of an Alice wedding.  This is such a cute theme!  🙂

I am having an Alice theme wedding in November!

I am doing the matter hatter cake in all shades of white and champagne. Im doing branches with hanging candles and flowers for centerpieces. Im also thinking of using vintage Alice playing cards around the centerpieces.

There are so many ideas to use. Clocks, mushrooms, flowers, checkered prints, rabbit details, playing cards, hats, "eat me" "drink me" labels…

Good Luck!!

I don’t have much to add to the theme–but I recently purchased something on etsy as a gift for my friend, a violinist who is playing our ceremony music, because she likes unique items and does a cover of that Jefferson Airplane song about Alice in Wonderland "Go Ask Alice."

This would be a great gift within your theme and I can tell you it’s really great in person:

I think I bought the last one! But I’m sure if you ask the seller can make more!

Will you be wearing a light blue dress?? Maggie Sottero’s Estella comes in light blue. It would be cute to have a little white rabbit at the event! Maybe near the card table?? People have doves!

As Erindesmar mentioned that was the theme from Ashlee Simpson’s wedding and the one thing I thought was really cute was that they had their specialty drink (they may have been shots, but you could use anything) with a note with each one that said "drink me."  Along those same lines I know I saw invitations online somewhere (I’m sorry, I have no idea where anymore) where each component was labeled like that  so the envelope said "open me" the map said "follow me" etc.  You could also probably do something cute with "I’m late" for the rsvps.  I’m also a huge fan of cocktails served in tea cups.Good luck, I think it’s a really cute theme!

I definitely think you should do petit fors and jam cookies.

Maybe you could make "Drink Me" tags and tie them to the wine/champagne classes 🙂

Definitley Drink Me and Eat me tags for the food and drinks.

Are you doing Save the Dates?  It might be cute to say something like "follow us down the rabbit hole for our Wonderland Wedding."

You could also have oysters and cookies that say "Eat Me." hehe
