I goe my ring cleaned while shopping for wedding bands last night.  Multiple people at work asked if the ring was new.  I told them 8 months new :)  It is amazing how much it sparkles when clean.  I try to keep it clean at home, but in the process of moving I have misplaced my cleaner and soft brush.

Do you fall in love with your ring all over again when it is buffed back to 'new'?

My ring is so sparkly when it gets cleaned. I clean mine with a spare toothbrush at home and it sparkles right up!

Goodness I LOVE having mine cleaned. I just can't keep my eyes off of it when it's all clean. And of course I love when people notice it, even after 3yrs (almost), I can't help but to show it off like it's the Empire State Building sitting on my finger. hehe

I really need to clean mine for that very reason. I walk  past my cleaner like every day but just never drop my ring in to soak

I clean it at home, but I love getting it cleaned at the store. It's white gold and I really loved getting it redipped, but it took a week to get back...so I didn't love that.

One of my favorites is how my ring looks when I get out of the hot tub. Then it seriously sparkles!

DIY tip? Put it in a shot glass of Windex for a while. I use a soft fingernail brush or an old toothbrush (just for my ring! not the toilet!) to scrub at it gently. Windex works wonders.

@whitesonnet, I was told by my jeweler to use 1 part Windex and 1 part boiling water, but I hadn't tried it yet! How often does everyone clean theirs?

I've been engaged since October and only had mine cleaned twice! (at the jeweler) Now I'm thinking I need to do the Windex tomorrow...

@maisymay, How much does it cost getting it re-dipped?
