There was a thread starting about CBEFM last week. http://boards.weddingbee.com/topic/anyone-use-clear-blue-easy-fertility-monitor
I'm on cycle 5 and I just used it for the first time. I really like it. I'm not charting and I felt like I needed more information. I got mine on ebay for like $110. The sticks are expensive too though but I figure in the long run, with the cost of kids, it's nothing.
If you are charting I don't think you'll get a whole lot of extra information but it is nice that it checks for actual hormone levels. The high reading occurs with the rise in estrogen and then peak reading with luteinizing hormone.

just wondering who here uses or has used the cbef monitor? i'm thinking about getting one...do you like it? is it worth the $$?
I've been off BC since last march and we've been technically trying (charting/whatnot) since September (so this is going into my 6th cycle/month of trying...). not to be TMI but I am basically 27 days spot on - however I am NOT a 14th dayer - more like 19th/20th day - as far as my temps going up go.
I know I need to be patient - as 6 months is NOT a long time - I get that...but as most of you out there in weddingbeeland know - trying can be so frustrating when that witch rears her ugly head every month!
