I wouldn't... I would just add the new items. I was a bridesmaid a month ago and was so sad because my friend's registry really hadn't had anything bought off of it. Most people got there gift cards because they had to fly home, but it still made me sad. I like it when registries look like people use them!! Also, I think it's kind of the snowball effect, once one person buys something, more people do

We were fortunate enough to have the majority of our registry completed by the time of my shower. We just sent invites out and I would like to add a few things to it. Weird question though; should I remove the completed items?
