@NPLady: We are using Ridge Manor Banquet Center, it might be a little big for 150 though. The beer and wash are provided and you bring your own liquor.
We are going with the EOUV club on the east side. They can accomodate up to 300 but their ok with smaller weddings. Their website is not that great but their worth a look if you're looking in that area
The Party Center at Holy Spirit Byzatine Catholic Church in Parma does. We workd a wedding their this past November and found the location to be very nice and nice on a budget too :) You can email me for more info.

SmART space at 78th or Pattersons fruit farm are two I have come across (but Pattersons would probably be too small for 150)

Im looking for an affordable reception venue for 150 people for less. We would like to bring our own alcohol. Does anyone have suggestions on places? Everwhere I have looked you have to use their bar services.
