I did. I don’t recall the brand though. I just went to a wig store and tried out what they had. I ended up buying clip ins with real hair, (so it could be heat styled). So glad I did. It made my hairstyle look much fuller than it otherwise would have.

My sister uses clip in extensions. Not sure the brand but they are super expensive. Look really good though.

@tampalove35: I use mine all the time!! I love them! I bought mine at sally’s beauty supply. I dont know where you are from but you can probably google it. I paid $90 but I have had them for three years. I can curl, straighten, wave, whatever I want. well worth it!

@tampalove35: I have them, they’re fantastic, annoying for everyday use but for special occasions they look great! Mine are also from a wig store and are real hair so I would absolutely recommend going that route 🙂

I use mine all the time as well, got mine at Sally’s. If you really want to save money like I did you can make them yourself. I bought the real hair and clips at sally’s then sewed the clips to the hair. I think I ended up spending $30-40 but I can’t remember, I made them like 5 years ago. I made a couple with the package I bought, I have a shorter one and a longer one for when my hair is different legnths.

I just bought some last week for the first time! I don’t really need them because I have long and thick hair, but for a hairstyle I want for my wedding I needed more length because braiding and curling it will obviously shorten it. I ordered some blonde ones from HeadKandy.com and just recieved them yesterday in the mail. Here is me today playing with them lol. I will be dying them red to match my hair, and I have blonde streaks in my hair so I’m thinking about keeping a few pieces blonde to add to it as well. Ignore the fact that it’s not really styled, I just threw them to get a feel for them. It is all human hair and I ordered 24-26 inches, they are super thick. LOVE them, but will probably only ever wear them for my wedding just because like I said I don’t really need them 🙂 !

@tampalove35: Here are some rules/tips of clip in’s. Btw, I LOVE THEM. If you’re gentle with them they can last you 6+ months.
1. ONLY BUY HUMAN HAIR. If you buy synthetic it WILL melt. I suggest brands like Euronet from sally’s beauty supply or Foxy Locks (you buy online, they’re sent from the UK.) Both are about 90-150 dollars. OR you could get Babe extensions, but they’re a bit more money. Don’t do the Jessica Simpson brand. Super low quality. If you clip them in and they don’t blend you can take them to a beautitian and have them shaped so they look more natural. You can also dye real hair extensions.
2. Never use shampoo on them, only coniditioner and a little product/heat protector.
3. They usually wont curl well if you straighten them. So if you’ve straightened your extensions you’ll have to wash them again. Let them air dry on a towel. Blow dryers can cause breakage.
4. Be careful. Don’t sleep in them. They can rip your hair out if you don’t clip them in right or it they get yanked out.
I’d do it! It’s worth it! I LOVE MINE. Ive tried a lot of brands 🙂 good luck!

This is gonna sound funny and I’m not being nasty, but find an oriental beauty supply. When you walk in its like hair heaven! Any and everything you want in all price ranges. I just bought a weave and amseeing the clips on myself. Much cheaper to do it that way.

Seconding head kandy! I got mine today actually. They have great reviews, seem to be the longest lasting and best quality AND they come with a 10 day guarantee (so if you change your mind or choose the wrong colour you only need to pay postage). I got 20-22′ full head extensions and they cost $199 (plus ~11 postage to Aus, which is super cheap postage).
I would recommend them.
