Have you thought about using the 3M hooks? They stick on well and you can just pull them off afterwards without any damage.
I second the 3M hooks. If taken off properly, they won't damage the paint - just make SURE you read the directions on how to take them off - I worked at a theatre where we used them to hang up the seating charts on the front of the brand new box office, and the director got frustrated, didn't follow the directions, and just pulled it off - and took a chunk of the wall and paint with it too ;/ but the one that I took off correctly didn't even leave a mark!
If there is a trellis, I think your best bet is an S-hook:

That way you can just hook it over the trellis- no screws, no adhesive, etc.
If necessary, you can use a little loop of wire on the back of your frames to be large enough to fit over the bottom of the hook.
What about some pretty ornament hooks. They aren't too hard to make by hand with some wire, beads and some needle nose pliers. Google ornament hooks for some neat pictures: http://images.google.com/images?sourceid=navclient&gfns=1&rlz=1T4TSHB_enUS248US248&q=ornament%20hook&um=1&ie=UTF-8&sa=N&hl=en&tab=wi. You might have to hole punch the pics or mount them on a piece of card stock to poke a hanging hole through. Could even glue a ribbon between the picture and the card stock back to hang them from. Photo copy the pics or get duplicates in case something happens to them at the wedding. You could even give them away to family and friends after the wedding. Oh and I saw a pretty picture somewhere on the web of some large trumpet like flowers, maybe angle's trumpets or lillies, that were stuck in the holes of a trellis with some fake ivy running up the outside of the flowers that was pretty.. I didn't save the link unfortunately. Also saw someone who hung some canning jars with tea lights in them with some pretty ribbon around the edge and a hook attached to the ribbon and the trellis. More info than you wanted I'm sure. Hope that helps some.

Our reception venue has a trellis built into the wall. We're planning on hanging wedding photos of our parents, grandparents, etc. on the trellis but we can't come up with a pretty looking way to hang them. (Venue, obviously, won't let us staple/nail/glue).
The best idea we've had so far are those mini spring-loaded clothes pins in white. Any other thoughts on how we can hang these pictures?
Thanks!
