I like the idea but I wonder if this will lead to more instances of someone seeking validation and then getting upset when they don’t get it and just closing the thread. Because that gets annoying.

I guess we’ll see how it goes and I’ll keep my fingers crossed because I like the idea. I just don’t want to see it abused.

@Mrs.KMM:  I see your point, but I also know firsthand how it is to write a post on here looking for support (not a “you’re right” but a “I can see why you feel that way”) and get unsupportive responses instead. Which, I have only had happen once in all the posts that I’ve written. I’ve written several where people had an opposite opinion than I on things, and that is helpful much of the time, so I do hope that people will not close for that reason as you said.
