Has anyone every used glassine bags for their favors? I’m thinking about doing cookies, but I’m not sure. I want them to close… but how?

You could get a wax seal with your last name initial on it, and seal them with that! If you go this route, I recommend the ‘faux’ wax sticks that you can buy at Michael’s. They slip into a glue gun (if you don’t have one of these, they sell them cheap @ Michael’s too) for easy application on your paper. Plus, the faux wax is more flexible than traditional wax, so they’ll hold up to some abuse. Regular wax tends to be pretty brittle in this form.
Or if you just want them closed and that’s that, I’d use Zots – they’re invisible little stickys much like double-sided sticky tape.

Vintage: I’ve never thought of that! What a great idea!
Sewing: Right after I posted it, I thought to myself, “Oh geez. A sticker would work.” haha
