Hi Everyone!
I'm getting married on Octboer 17 and my fiance and I are trying to decide where to go. We had wanted to go to the Sandals in St. Lucia, but that seems to be a bit too expensive. I just got an email from Sherman's Travel for "Buy one get one 50% off" at the Club Med in Turks and Caicos. We're looking into it, and it is about half the cost of what Sandals would charge.
So, my question, has anyone been to Turks & Cacios? I know it is the end of hurricane season - which slightly worries me - but hopefully we'll be fine.
Also, has anyone ever been to a Club Med resort? Did you have a good time, etc?
I've checked Trip Advisor and it said that some of the only 'downs' are that there are a lot of old people and no balconys on the rooms. I can't imagine spending a lot of time in our rooms...well, er, maybe (it is our HONEYMOON!)...and I don't care if people are old or young, as long as they like to have a good time.
What do you all think?
